Dragon fruits, good for diet
Like vegetables, I love to eat fruits that are in different colors. Mixing different colors to food or salad can be very attractive and interesting. Dragon fruit with different color just reminded me when we could travel freely and joined different occasions with cocktails and meeting even with yummy refreshment. Dragon fruit is one of the fruits that they use for cocktail and fruit salad.

However, you can find the fruit in the shop or store near you either fresh or frozen, worldwide.

- Pink skin with pink flesh (tastes best among all, more expensive)
- Red skin with white flesh (common type)
- Yellow skin for white flesh (rare type)
