4 different dishes with same sauce

We have several dishes that go with the same sauces, vegetables and called similarly. They can be served as lunch or breakfast and very popular among Cambodian people. The good thing about all of these dishes that you can use the same sauces [one fit all] and of course very similar side vegetables. I love all of them. I believe these dishes are influenced by Vietnamese cuisine.
