Crystal beach at Koh Rong Sanleoum

I have not stepped in every island of Cambodia (total islands: 72, Sihanouk Ville = 34, Koh Kong = 23, Kep = 13 and Kompot = 2) but I have been to two most famous islands which is Koh Rong and Koh Rong Sanleoum and I can confirm that they are truly beautiful with white sand and crystal clear water. Koh Rong Sanleoum is just 30mns away by boat and Koh Rong is about 2hours from Sihanouk Ville, 17$ and 25$ on speedboat, respectively. However, staying in Koh Rong Sanloeum is more expensive than in Koh Rong. In those islands, there are many beaches that you can enjoy!

• Koh Rong Sanleoum, there are famous Lazy beach, Sandy beach and Saracen beach. Locals prefer Saracen beach because of the shallow and tranquil beach while Lazy beach is more for foreigners because of the hot temperature as the beach is facing the sun and a very good place for sunset. It is also quiet so is an ideal place for sunbathing and reading!
• Koh Rong, there are many beaches too and the most famous one is Long Beach.
